Oh, the sweet Melvin Family! We tried a new pasture location this year, and I have all the heart eyes for this family once again. As if I could fall in love with this crew any more, I just cannot get enough of the sweet, tender moments mixed in with curious chaos as we explored the creek. It is like these babies are growing up right before my very eyes, and I am always in awe of how Dru and Brit handle it with such grit and grace. Happy fall y’all!

Meet the whole Hoffman family! Part of our church family, it has been a lot of fun to get to know most of the whole gang over the years. They are always up for fun and there is never a shortage of laughter when they are all together. I know I could not help but smiling myself through the entire session. Happy fall, Hoffmans…and Stithems!! We have been so lucky to welcome the Shaner family into our community and into our lives. It has been really fun to get to know them and let our kiddos play together over the past couple of years. They are the kind of people always looking out for others. They were the first family to help us through our pig crisis this spring and they have been so sweet to share many of their farm fresh eggs and other garden goodies with us. Elizabeth is also a very talented photographer, and I am so thankful to have her to talk “shop” with and get my family in front of her camera, too! Meet Matthew & Lauren! These two make love look so easy. Our Hadley is one! We are so, so blessed to have this brown-eyed sweetie in our family. She has been such a bright light to our life, especially given this very crazy past year. She is always there to greet us with a scrunchy-nosed grin, and it absolutely melts my heart when she comes wobbly-legged walking to me for a snuggle. She is so curious beyond her one year, and sometimes cannot understand why she can’t keep up with her big sister and brothers. Speaking of big sis, Shelby insisted on posing her on the pedal tractor in her John Deere outfit, and I couldn’t argue. |
