What a beautiful spring wedding day it was for Taylor & Leah! It was precious to see how ready Leah was to see Taylor for the first time early in the day, and once the two were together, the rest of the day was pure joy, side by side. I have a feeling that is what life is going to feel like for them forever – together they can conquer anything! Many, many years from now, they’ll be a cute pair of grandparents, still hand in hand, still in love at their grandkids’ weddings. Congratulations, Taylor & Leah!

Greeted at the door by the smell of fresh-baked bread followed by hugs, I was thrilled to visit the home of my husband’s cousin for a lifestyle shoot. We began with a little farm tour of the barn, cow, and chickens, then we went back inside to warm up and play. After some family snuggles on the big comfy couch we ended the session with a super fun dance party and just some time to chat.
What a sweet family they are raising, full of God’s love and grace in such a welcoming space!

Laina is the youngest of eleven grandchildren on her dad’s side, and we have reached the end of an era for the Heinrichs grandchildren. Nancy has brought almost all of her grandkids to me when they are three years old to photograph them with their very own special pedal tractor gifted from Grandma & Grandpa. Laina rocked her pink, sparkly cowgirl boots which match her sparkly personality perfectly!

I had the berry cutest little girl in the studio this past week! Tatum is nearly one, and she’s already taking a few steps here and there. She’s got the cutest little wardrobe! Check out her strawberry romper and the cute overalls she rocked while driving her tractor! She’s a little farmgirl through and through.
Happy 1st birthday in a few weeks, sweet girl!

The Stengels are always such a fun group to work with! We have gotten to know them over the years spending summers at the fair, sharing the highs and lows of life as pig farmers, but making fun memories along the way. It was fun to have the whole family together, and it sounds like they were celebrating early Thanksgiving together after their session. Happy holidays, Stengel Fam!
