We did a quick mini session down by the river to update their family portrait and capture a few images of their littlest now that he is two! She pulled out all the stops so we could incorporate many things that make her life so vibrant. TaraLee is one of those girls who is very talented at many things, and I love that she makes time for so many meaningful activities even in addition to all she is involved with in school. She is truly an example of living life to the fullest.

Whenever my family is out and about at sporting events or activities, he always goes out of his way to tickle or rough them up a bit to get them smiling and laughing. On top of that, he has quite the sense of humor. You have to check out the last photo here on the blog, and if that doesn’t at least make you grin, go hang out with Logan for a while.

The amount of love they share for each other is out of this world, and they have so much fun together. There were so many extra touches that went into the details of the day; everything from picture charms of loved ones, seashells as a memory of their engagement and foresight of their honeymoon, Gabrielle’s favorite Birds of Paradise flowers, a special garter made of something old, new, barrowed & blue, and so much more! Sharing this amount of detail on their marriage, they are sure to make a great love story for many, many years!
click play | Music: Slow Down, Nicole Nordeman This afternoon our blue-eyed little boy turns ONE! This past year of my life has flown by quicker than any before. It seems that just last week we were bringing home our squishy little nugget, and today he will be speed walking all over the house and climbing the stairs. Before having our third child, there was no more questioning how I could possibly love another as much as the first two. I knew God would just create more space for him, and He did. There will never be enough hours to spend with our little guy, but I do know I love him so much my heart feels it could explode. He is such a happy guy, patient, playful, snuggly, so precious.
When your big brother has a tough time giving up the spotlight… And, because he is our sweet #3, time already got away from me in the beginning, and I never got his newborn photos posted.
