Welcome to the world, Baby Ryker! What a precious little boy his is and big brother, too. I was so impressed with how Mama Hannah was handling her first week with two little boys in tow. I foresee lots of tractors, trucks and all things boy for this little family. Big brother was especially excited when I brought out some tractors just for him. It was great to meet you, Kane family. Enjoy your holidays as a new fam of four!

Here’s the Norder family! As we worked around boys’ football practice, I’m sure this mama has already washed a good share of grass-stained jerseys, and dad has watched anxiously from sidelines. But, I bet if you asked them, they wouldn’t trade a minute of it. To top it off, this bunch is headed to Memorial Stadium to cheer on the Eagles at the state championship! I wish you all fun times and safe travels. Now, go get ’em BDS!

She and my girl have proclaimed each other “Bestest Friends Ever”…until they have a disagreement over a doll blanket, but they are usually hugging again within minutes. Briar has such a kind, caring personality with just a touch of sass, like all good four-year-olds have. I wish you the happiest of all birthdays yet, B.A.M.! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Ah, the Ferris family! What began as a college buddy of my husband has turned into family friends for all of us. Every time we get together – which we always swear needs to be more often – we leave each other with sore bellies from laughing so much. And, just look at those charming little boys. Seriously, they are going to make fine young men some day….after they accept the fact that pants may need to be worn at the dinner table in order to impress a lady. Those two little words can’t begin to describe what they both mean to us. They are two of the best grammas and papas my babies could ever have. Gramma Sally and Papa Kurt came to visit and partake in last weekend’s Trick or Treat festivities. We had a ball – we even talked them into dressing up in some old costumes we found in the attic and around the house! The weekend was jam-packed, but it was so awesome to have them with us. And, though the miles may separate us, you two are always with us in our hearts. Love you both so much!
