It’s the Millers! We waited for the guys to finish up harvest, and landed our photo shoot on one of the coldest days we have had so far this fall. But, the love of this little family warms up the pictures quite nicely, don’t you think? Emily always does a smashing job coordinating those outfits. And, as if the kids are not cute enough already, wait until you see the littlest’s knee-high socks.

Briar Ann turns 6 this fall! As my little girl’s bestie, I get to see a lot of Miss Briar. I know that she loves playing with baby dolls and Barbies, painting her nails, dancing, and she also loves writing. Often, she asks her mama how to spell this or that and even asks for paper to make her own little booklets to fill with all kinds of words she is learning to spell. After she has been at our house to play, it is funny to find little scraps of paper in Shelby’s room with letters and words written all over it.

I had the privilege of meeting them all last April to capture their last couple weeks of being a family of three and anticipating the arrival of sweet Miss Brynn. What an adorable addition she makes to this family. Her sweetness balances out Mr. Gage’s spunkiness. He is such a fun-loving kid, and I am certain there is never a dull moment at their house. Music: Cloud of Good Feelings Miss brown-eyed Kollyns is 1! It seems like just yesterday, her poor mama, eight months pregnant at Davenport Achievement Day, was keeping up with Kollyns’ big sister, Kennedy, in the scorching heat and eagerly anticipating the arrival of their sweet August babe soon to arrive. Now, here she is walking- running actually- to keep up with big sis! She likes to be close to her mama, but with the help of a few snacks and a good rocking chair, she became my friend. When she smiles, her cheeks light up like shiny apples!
