Cora Leigh is turning two! Curious, bright-eyed, and full of life, she is very much into puppy dogs right now, and she playfully brought one of her favorite stuffies, Charlie, along with her for picture time! She is so observant and catches on to just about everything she hears only one time. As one of our cousins, my girls love getting to spend time with her. She keeps right up with whatever they are doing, and vice versa. And, there are always hugs involved! Happy 2nd birthday, sweet girl!

Here’s Miss Addi! She is one of my trusty babysitters, so I am a little bummed that this is her final year of highschool. However, she has been working super hard and has such a bright future ahead of her, so I suppose I better let her go and grow up. She is a true beauty from the inside out. She is one who would give the shirt off her back or go out of her way to buy a cantaloupe and lemonade from my kid’s roadside stand. She is an absolute gem and a force to be reckoned with. Have a great year, Addi!

Here’s Kamren! He is my cousin’s son, and I have gotten to watch him grow up from day one, and could not be more proud of the young man he has become. He is a good athlete, good student, hardworker, and just all around a good kid. We live a few hours away from his family but had such a fun time meeting in the middle for his senior photos on a beautiful August evening. Have a great senior year, Kam!

It’s the Free Day Popcorn family! Last year we had so much fun walking the golden fields and finding harvest ready ears, but this year, the Freitags opted for a summer popcorn session, and it was equally fun! The girls are so darling as they show me the different types of popcorn grown on their family farm, and the best part is when they get to munch on those delicious little kernels. Thanks for inviting me down this summer, Freitags, and I am wishing you a bountiful harvest in a few weeks!
