Here’s Brandon! He’s got country boy written all over him from his head down to his boots with his passion for hunting and his Chevy pickup truck- keeping it clean, chrome shiny. Hello there, Mason! I hope you know just how much joy you bring to your mama {to tears almost} and pride to your daddy just by being you. You are such a content little fellow which makes you soo lovable. And, loved you are. You can see it in the way your parents care and watch over you. They’re always going to be there for you – through the good times and bad. May you three always enjoy each others company and have so many great memories together!

Ava and big sister, Olivia, are just as sweet as can be. And, this little princess already has 14 teeth and zero bits of crabbiness! I’ve had such a pleasure getting to watch her grow from a peanut-sized newborn to the little go-getter she is now. Happy 1st birthday, Ava Jean! Make a wish!

Five little grandboys, five little grandgirls – there’s nothing I love more than a house full of family, and that’s just what happened at the Sissel household last weekend. The cooking…the playing… the laughing…the memories made. THAT is what families are made of. And, to top it off, great-grandma and great-grandpa will be celebrating their 60th anniversary this fall. This entire family exists today because only a while ago, those two fell in love, and the rest is history.
The heat of the Midwestern July sun was no match for the Houchins. They breezed through their wedding day without an ounce of hesitation to stop them from enjoying their day. Surrounded by loving family and great friends, they had themselves one heck of a good time just smiling, laughing, dancing into the night together. It truly was the perfect day – from the Father of the Bride recording a special song for their ceremony to the hilarious Maid of Honor speech at the reception.
