Meet Mr. Tate! He and his family moved to rodeo country recently, so it is only fitting to celebrate his 1st birthday as his 1st rodeo! He may just win the award for the smiliest boy to ever grace my studio. Even after a three-hour car ride, he was a little charmer and smiled the biggest smile through his entire session.
