6 Year Old Shelby

Our sweet, green-eyed Shelby Ann turns six this evening.  My greatest hope is that I am leading her in the right direction right now for wherever she is going as she grows.  She is stronger-willed then I could have ever imagined; we’re so alike, yet so different at times.  Some days we bicker & yell, but other days we hug & melt into each other with giggles.  Over the past couple years, we’re seeing that this little girl loves to dance. Turn on a good tune and most likely you’ll see her reaching for her ballet shoes and free styling across the living room.  She loves pretty things, nail polish, dolls & accessories, turquoise, sweet treats, superhero books, her new secret hideout, and her family.  If you pay attention for just a second, she’ll tell you all about it.
You fill our hearts with tremendous joy, Shelby Ann! We love you fiercely. Happy 6th Birthday, my lovely girl!
